Engage inbound nonprofit leads through phone, email, and video; understand their funding needs; conduct discovery; recommend relevant GrantPilot funding opportunities; and support onboarding. The role also involves researching grants, maintaining accurate HubSpot records, building a qualified pipeline, sharing customer insights, and helping establish a scalable sales playbook for an early-stage product.

Own the end-to-end customer journey for AgentPro, including onboarding, product enablement, feature adoption, retention, renewals, expansion, and escalation management. Coordinate with grant delivery specialists to meet deadlines and quality standards, monitor usage and customer health metrics, collect NPS feedback, resolve operational issues, and guide clients toward self-service AI capabilities.

Own relationships with approximately 40 enterprise accounts, ensuring service delivery and grant milestones while driving expansion, upsells, and net-new ARR. Conduct weekly stakeholder syncs, uncover client needs, introduce government and federal grant opportunities, gather product feedback, and partner with product leadership to develop new solutions such as impact reporting tools.

Provide administrative support for grant applications from intake through submission. Maintain grant calendars and deadlines, extract portal requirements, format templates, prepare and attach supporting documents, enter approved narratives, and conduct detailed accuracy, completeness, proofreading, and formatting checks. Escalate missing information or technical issues, submit approved applications, capture confirmation receipts, and update statuses in AgentPro.

Conduct outbound prospecting to global enterprise businesses, qualify early-stage opportunities, and support strategic account executives. Use GTM tools, automation, research, enrichment, personalization, and sequence testing to improve efficiency. Identify new buyer personas, refine positioning, maintain HubSpot data quality, manage pipeline hygiene, and follow up on events and inbound leads. The role requires curiosity, strong written and phone communication, persistence, disciplined execution, and comfort working without a fixed playbook.

Serve as first point of contact for nonprofit leads, run discovery calls, demonstrate product value, manage a high-volume pipeline via phone/email/video, maintain HubSpot data, and provide feedback to improve processes and customer experience.
