FP&A Manager responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, variance analysis, financial modeling, business cases, and strategic planning. The role partners with leadership to improve profitability, gross margins, and EBIT performance through operational, customer, vendor, and product analytics. Responsibilities include monthly reporting packages, performance reviews, capex analysis, forecasting, investment reviews, and special projects.

Manages strategic B2B accounts receivable portfolios, conducts collections and account analysis, resolves payment discrepancies, monitors credit limits and risks, and recommends holds or escalations. Partners with Sales, Customer Service, Billing, Cash Applications, Operations, and Finance to improve cash flow and resolve disputes. Maintains ERP records, uses automation and reporting tools, prepares portfolio reports, develops customer-specific collection strategies, and supports training and process initiatives.

Performs business analytics and statistical modeling to identify trends, improve processes, automate reporting, and support decision-making. Develops advanced Excel reports, VBA macros, Power BI dashboards, and Power Platform solutions. Organizes data in OneDrive and SharePoint, communicates insights to nontechnical stakeholders, and collaborates with business and IT teams on recurring and ad hoc projects.

Plans, executes, and measures integrated marketing campaigns and corporate events, including tradeshows, conferences, and summits. Manages event logistics, vendors, budgets, registration, reporting, and stakeholder communications. Develops brand strategies and marketing assets, maintains brand consistency, conducts market research, and tracks KPIs. Supports sales with campaigns, collateral, email marketing, landing pages, supplier coordination, and merchandise programs. Requires occasional travel and flexibility for event-related schedules.

Manages product category strategies, assortments, pricing, supplier relationships, and category performance to support profitable growth and customer satisfaction. Analyzes sales, margin, inventory, and market data; executes category plans; supports supplier negotiations, product introductions, lifecycle management, and financial objectives. Collaborates with Sales, Sourcing, Marketing, IT, Supply Chain, and Operations. The role may involve warehouse environments, physical inventory, hazardous materials, forklift operation, and lifting requirements.

Lead enterprise change and project initiatives using structured change management (ADKAR/Prosci). Manage project plans, adoption metrics, communications, training coordination, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful implementation and continuous improvement.

Build and own the Databricks-centered AI/ML platform on Azure, drive enterprise AI governance, remediate shadow AI, deliver automation use cases, and advise stakeholders from prototype to production.

Lead and manage a training team to design, deliver, and scale ERP-focused training and change management programs. Drive organizational development, ISO compliance, document control, training effectiveness KPIs, and cross-functional collaboration to support customer implementations and business transformation.

Supports development and administration of base pay and variable compensation programs. Performs job analyses, market benchmarking, salary administration, and participation in third-party surveys. Prepares compensation models, budgets, reports, and recommendations, maintains job descriptions, ensures regulatory compliance, and leads/process-improves benchmarking and compensation planning activities.

Lead strategic pricing initiatives across the US, Canada, and Mexico. Build and maintain pricing models and frameworks, conduct competitive price indexing and market analysis, develop dashboards and BI tools, use advanced analytics and AI-enabled tools to identify pricing opportunities, provide strategic recommendations, and collaborate with Sales and Category Management to improve margin and pricing effectiveness. Support pricing governance and continuous process improvement. Occasional North America travel required.
