The Agentic AI Lead will design AI-first processes, lead innovation projects, drive cultural change, and partner with leaders to transform operations at Tilt.

Lead US accounting operations and month-end close, build accounting infrastructure for IPO readiness, implement internal controls and GAAP-compliant reporting, manage and mentor accountants, champion automation and SQL-driven workflows, and liaise with auditors, regulators, and investors.

Partner with Compliance, Legal, Product, and Engineering to scale operations, deploy AI-enabled tooling, and maintain measurable metrics like chargeback win rate and dispute cycle time.
