Own enterprise sales across large K-12 school districts, driving territory strategy, self-sourced pipeline, stakeholder consensus, complex 6–18 month sales cycles, and net-new logo acquisition. Manage pilots, RFPs, board approvals, budgets, forecasting, and deal-team orchestration. The role requires selling six-figure contracts, achieving a $1M+ quota, understanding education funding, and traveling more than 50% of the time.

Lead a team of eight Small and Mid-Market Account Executives to exceed quota, maintain three-times pipeline coverage, and drive new logo and expansion revenue. Responsibilities include coaching, deal reviews, pipeline inspections, forecasting, Salesforce and Gong administration, MEDDPICC process enforcement, cross-functional collaboration, and developing scalable sales playbooks in a high-growth environment.

Build and operate integrations, data pipelines, SSO and rostering flows for large school districts. Work directly with district stakeholders to design, implement, customize, debug, launch, and stabilize production solutions. Develop full-stack features, migrate and reconcile sensitive data, add testing and observability, and convert recurring customer needs into reusable platform capabilities. Balance customer requirements with security, maintainability, and long-term platform health.

The Enterprise Account Executive will generate revenue by closing deals, manage a pipeline, conduct strategic prospecting, and maintain strong customer relationships in K-12 education sales.
