Handles administrative, accounting, and departmental support tasks, including quote development, project and contract processing, accounts payable, billing, accounts receivable, collections, purchasing, receiving, and sales support. The role requires fire sprinkler system knowledge, familiarity with NFPA and local fire codes, strong analytical and communication skills, reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and successful background checks.

Administer and maintain the UKG HRIS, ensuring data integrity, configurations, and user access. Generate reports and dashboards, support integrations (payroll/timekeeping), assist HR with data processing and personnel actions, perform audits, and train end-users. Support system upgrades, testing, and automation of HR workflows while ensuring compliance and security of employee data.
