Leads technical discovery and solution design for complex enterprise opportunities throughout the pre-sales process. Partners with Sales and cross-functional teams to create secure, scalable infrastructure, cloud, hosting, and managed services solutions. Presents architectures and recommendations, responds to proposals, evaluates risks and economics, addresses objections, and ensures effective implementation handoffs. Lead and grow a Western U.S. enterprise sales organization for managed infrastructure, colocation, and cloud services. Combine hands-on selling in complex deals with coaching, pipeline management, forecasting, hiring, and cross-functional alignment to drive new business and account growth.

Lead partner-focused marketing strategy and execution to drive partner recruitment, enablement, and co-marketing initiatives. Build partner playbooks, manage PRM marketing components, coordinate joint campaigns, events, and partner communications, track partner KPIs and ROI, and collaborate with partner operations and corporate marketing to grow partner-sourced pipeline and revenue.

Coordinate logistics and execution for virtual and in-person events (conferences, trade shows, webinars, internal meetings). Manage vendors, shipping, registrations, onsite support, budgets, timelines, inventory, and an enterprise event calendar while partnering with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Operations to deliver polished, on-brand event experiences.
