Implement, configure, and maintain ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping capabilities. Develop ITOM/CMDB solutions, support data ingestion and ETL for CMDB accuracy, collaborate with engineering and infrastructure teams in Agile cycles, and deploy platform enhancements to improve service visibility and configuration management.

Partners with trading, sales, operations, finance, technology, and counterparties to resolve breaks, support new-issue syndications, strengthen controls, and improve automation and operational efficiency.

Manages credit risk portfolios across assigned industries and products, identifying emerging risks, setting risk limits, developing credit policies, and guiding portfolio construction and asset allocation. Coordinates risk management projects, scenario analyses, reporting, technology requirements, and regulatory governance. Partners with business lines, credit approval teams, reporting groups, and senior leadership to strengthen risk controls and support informed strategic decisions.

Lead enterprise strategic finance and resource allocation to guide capital and resource deployment. Lead and support z/OS systems programming in a multi-Sysplex mainframe environment: install/upgrade/tune z/OS and third-party software, troubleshoot complex issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in DR testing, document configurations, work with vendors, provide 24x7 on-call support, and lead modernization projects.
