Troubleshoot complex platform and production issues, improve reliability and operational excellence, enforce governance and compliance, and collaborate with engineering, security, and platform teams on scalable, secure, highly available solutions.

Reviews, negotiates, and closes complex commercial real estate and commercial loans while protecting the bank’s interests. Manages loan portfolios from approval through payoff or maturity and coordinates with relationship managers, customers, attorneys, construction consultants, and title companies. Responsibilities include administering construction loans, term loans, borrowing-base lines, subscription lines, and other secured or unsecured credit products.

Owns the Payments Observability product roadmap, backlog, and strategy. Partners with engineering, SRE, operations, and business teams to improve service reliability, monitoring, alerting, and customer experience. Defines reliability metrics, KPIs, and service health indicators; prioritizes initiatives; analyzes incidents and performance trends; creates operational and executive reporting; and drives adoption of observability best practices across payment platforms.

Oversees risk management frameworks, regulatory examinations, investigations, reporting, corrective actions, licensing, training, third-party system providers, and internal audits. Partners with compliance, legal, human resources, supervision, sales management, and senior leadership to maintain regulatory adherence, improve processes, and address emerging risks.

Owns and maintains the enterprise Authoritative Source Library, including compliance requirements, impact ratings, oversight assignments, training, reporting, quality control, and governance. Manages regulatory content across Archer and ServiceNow, supports eGRC workflows, and leads cross-functional projects. Requires strong knowledge of financial services regulations, risk, compliance, audit, business operations, process facilitation, project management, communication, and stakeholder relationship management.

Provides legal, regulatory, product, and risk guidance for digital assets, blockchain, money movement, and next-generation payments. Advises on the GENIUS Act and emerging regulations, evaluates impacts on strategy and product design, supports digital asset commercialization, mitigates regulatory and operational risks, reviews commercial agreements, and counsels business, risk, compliance, technology, and leadership teams.
