Manage blockchain-enabled payment products from concept through ongoing enhancement. Define requirements, roadmaps, use cases, priorities, and success metrics; collaborate with technology, architecture, operations, risk, legal, compliance, finance, and business teams; support delivery, testing, implementation, and optimization; and monitor market trends, product performance, and client feedback in a regulated banking environment.

Coordinate bi-annual releases, tenant migrations, environment governance, and regression testing. Drive automation, monitor KPIs and dashboards, manage stakeholders and vendors, and deliver executive reporting to improve reliability, reduce incidents/MTTR, and increase automated regression coverage.

Manages compensation consulting relationships with HR business partners and line-of-business leaders. May deliver compensation training and provide expertise in market pricing, exemption determinations, and workforce needs. The role requires significant compensation experience, analytical ability, HR and regulatory knowledge, strong communication, and onsite work at least three days weekly.

Develops and leads content strategy and copywriting across digital marketing channels. Creates customer-focused content for product pages, campaigns, emails, thought leadership, virtual events, and multimedia assets. Establishes messaging, voice, tone, editorial standards, and governance while partnering with Marketing, Product, UX, SEO, Analytics, Creative, and Compliance teams. Uses customer journey insights, SEO, analytics, and performance data to optimize engagement, conversion, brand authority, and business growth.

Lead accounting and financial reporting for trust, wealth management, asset management, fiduciary, and related investment businesses. Oversee monthly/quarterly/annual close, ensure U.S. GAAP and regulatory compliance, maintain internal controls, support audits and examinations, drive process improvements with business partners, and manage and develop the accounting team.

Lead development and execution of resolution strategies for large, complex Commercial Real Estate problem loans. Negotiate with borrowers and participant lenders, manage bilateral and syndicated credits, evaluate recovery opportunities, present recommendations to senior management, advise business partners, maintain legal/insolvency knowledge, and mentor junior workout professionals.

Designs, scripts, tests, implements and maintains moderate-complexity desktop and robotic process automations. Creates test plans/data, executes performance tests, troubleshoots issues, documents procedures, estimates project timelines and participates in automation feasibility and implementation efforts.
