Leads the Creative Group’s production department, overseeing employees, contractors, systems, processes, performance, training, and workforce development. Partners with leadership, Business Development, Operations, and clients to improve efficiency, profitability, service quality, sales growth, forecasting, pricing, supplier contracts, and client outcomes. Resolves escalations, supports pre-sale production strategy, conducts project debriefs, and drives continuous improvement.

Own product launch communications and monthly release programs for the Avenir platform and technology partners. Develop launch plans, messaging, sales enablement materials, training, and customer-facing collateral. Lead global change and adoption for major transformations (acquisitions, geographic expansion, AI adoption, operating model shifts). Build change capability, stakeholder engagement, readiness and training, change champion networks, measure adoption and sentiment, and advise leadership to embed sustained organizational change.

Designs and delivers a global analytics platform supporting reporting, visualizations, self-service analytics, and embedded data products. Responsibilities include data collection and processing, semantic modeling, warehouse and pipeline development, query optimization, governance, analytics enablement, and stakeholder collaboration. The role provides actionable insights from complex travel data and builds integrated analytics applications using cloud platforms and business intelligence tools.

Coordinate and manage group air travel for large incentive programs, ensuring compliant ticketing, best fares, and attendee communication. Monitor flights, support on-call during travel dates, manage air budgets, mentor teammates, and follow company SOPs and client requirements.

Manage and secure the Microsoft 365 tenant, including Entra ID/AD, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive and Power Platform. Perform tenant and data migrations, implement SSO, create documentation and training, support operations and security initiatives, and provide escalation support while evaluating scalability and adoption of new M365 capabilities.
