Create organizations and users, train end users, act as primary onboarding concierge, drive engagement strategies and KPIs, escalate risks, partner with state agencies, and explore AI/automation to improve workflows.

Serve as a product owner on an agile team: define and document requirements, manage backlog and sprints, communicate status, monitor metrics, support releases, and apply AI tools to streamline PO tasks while collaborating with PMs, engineers, design, integrations, and operations.

Lead commercial analytics to measure ROI, uncover growth opportunities, and deliver actionable insights. Build dashboards, perform SQL-based analyses, improve data quality, support forecasting, and implement automation/AI to streamline workflows.
