The Organization Design Expert optimizes technology operating models and structures, partners with senior leaders, and enhances organizational effectiveness through workforce strategies and governance frameworks.

Conduct business and technical analysis across discovery, requirements, and solution design. Facilitate stakeholder workshops, document user stories/acceptance criteria, analyze APIs/integrations and data flows, support backlog prioritization and Agile ceremonies, assist UAT and validate deliverables, and liaise between business and technical teams to ensure requirements traceability and successful delivery.
