Builds and tests distributed systems, drives code quality and technical decisions, partners with product and UX teams, simplifies complex problems, and mentors engineers while balancing customer impact, business needs, and long-term technology excellence.

Lead design, architecture, implementation, and delivery of Slate's Salesforce CRM. Integrate Salesforce with internal systems, optimize Sales and Support workflows, own code-to-deploy quality, troubleshoot day-to-day issues, and mentor others while driving technical decisions and simplification.

Lead UX strategy and design for vehicle products and experiences. Establish UX processes, collaborate with Brand, HMI, Engineering and Software, validate designs with research, and present actionable recommendations to executives.
