Provide senior-level technical support for a cloud backup platform by troubleshooting customer issues, analyzing logs, networking, Linux systems, and code. Recruit, coach, and scale Account Executives, partner cross-functionally, and ensure 4-5x pipeline coverage while traveling to customer sites.
