Leads SHI’s Microsoft Digital Workplace organization, unifying collaboration, workplace platforms, and change management. Owns practice strategy, service maturity, offerings, staffing, utilization, delivery quality, financial performance, client outcomes, and revenue growth. Oversees managers and practice leaders while guiding enterprise engagements involving Microsoft 365, Copilot, identity, endpoint services, migrations, security, adoption, and organizational change. Acts as an executive advisor to clients and partners with sales, delivery, Microsoft, and other technology teams to expand the practice and improve customer value.

Onboard and guide Microsoft customers throughout their product lifecycle, driving retention, growth, and renewals. Conduct customer success reviews, analyze consumption reports, manage service delivery workflows, coordinate orders and deliveries, and build relationships with customers and partners. Collaborate with sales and project teams to align services with customer objectives, support co-selling opportunities, and communicate service status and upcoming needs.

Leads the PMO for a Data & Analytics Practice, overseeing portfolio governance, resource and capacity planning, project delivery, reporting, risk management, escalations, and stakeholder communications. Establishes PMO processes, tracks schedules and budgets, facilitates reviews, manages delivery issues, and supports customer-facing technical and data projects. The role is remote with occasional travel and requires VMware Cloud Foundation certification plus extensive infrastructure and VMware experience.

Develop and maintain scalable web applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, React, and SQL databases. Participate across the software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, deployment, code reviews, and Agile ceremonies. Use AI-assisted development tools, contribute to cloud-native distributed systems, apply DevOps and CI/CD practices, and collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver customer-focused solutions.

Lead the technical side of Snowflake pursuits, including customer discovery, platform architecture, migration planning, effort and risk sizing, proposals, and Statements of Work. Provide architectural oversight through delivery, shape repeatable Snowflake service offerings, and partner with Snowflake field teams. The role requires deep expertise in Snowflake platform architecture, enterprise migration and consolidation, data engineering, governance, semantic layers, and consumption economics, along with principal-level technical leadership and presales experience.

Lead the technical side of Databricks pursuits, including discovery, target architecture, estimation, proposals, migration strategy, and risk assessment. Provide architectural oversight through delivery, shape repeatable Databricks offerings, and partner with Databricks field teams. The role requires deep expertise in lakehouse architecture, enterprise migrations, data engineering, production AI and machine learning, governance, consumption economics, and principal-level technical leadership.

Develop Python services, APIs, and AI-enabled production applications for enterprise use cases. Build data-centric solutions integrating enterprise systems, databases, external services, and AI techniques such as prompt orchestration, RAG, tool use, and agent workflows. Design scalable, secure architectures, implement authentication and authorization, contribute to React-based interfaces, and work across cloud and on-premises environments. The role also involves learning emerging technologies, collaborating with teams, and occasional customer-facing delivery.
