Lead Dot Compliance's global Customer Success organization to drive adoption, satisfaction, retention, and expansion of the eQMS platform. Build and scale regional teams, define enterprise success methodologies and KPIs, partner with Sales/PS/Product to drive revenue growth, sponsor strategic customers, use data/automation/AI to increase efficiency, and develop leaders while preserving customer-first culture.

Manage a book of 100+ customers using digital/tech-touch strategies to drive engagement, retention, renewals, and expansion. Maintain customer records, analyze usage and satisfaction data, implement automation and workflows, develop one-to-many content, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize customer journeys and meet renewal/upsell targets.

The Global Vice President of Customer Success will lead the Customer Success organization globally, driving strategy, customer satisfaction, retention, and growth, while fostering a high-performing team culture.
