Manage strategic enterprise customer relationships for Checkmarx application security solutions. Guide deployment, onboarding, adoption, training, and value realization while monitoring usage data and product telemetry. Serve as the primary technical liaison, coordinate with Support, Product, and Sales, manage customer success plans and escalations, communicate value metrics, and identify expansion opportunities. The role requires strong knowledge of cloud security, DevSecOps, application security tools, integrations, and enterprise technical stakeholder engagement.

Leads the product management organization and multi-year strategy for Checkmarx’s application security engine portfolio. Owns roadmap priorities, product quality and performance outcomes, customer and market insight, enterprise stakeholder engagement, and alignment across R&D, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Builds product team capabilities, drives adoption and revenue growth, represents strategy externally, and guides AI/ML-informed product development.

Own platform product strategy and roadmap execution across multiple product lines. Partner with Engineering, Sales, Deal Desk, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations on platform enablement, customer migrations, feature guidance, releases, and field training. Use customer, competitor, market, adoption, and usage insights to prioritize investments and optimize strategy. Support the migration of legacy customers to Checkmarx One and communicate platform decisions to senior stakeholders.

Partner with Sales, Operations, and Finance to govern deals, manage contracts and credit, support collections, maintain SFDC contract processes, track ACV KPIs, support RFPs and AWS Marketplace offers, and improve commercial processes and reporting for NA and LATAM sales.

Perform outbound and inbound prospecting to generate qualified leads for Account Executives. Learn and explain technical products, use LinkedIn/calls/emails, log activity in Salesforce, refine messaging with AEs, identify customer trends, and meet monthly quotas and KPIs.

Drive channel revenue growth by developing partner programs, managing regional channel business, building partner relationships, creating and executing quarterly/yearly plans, tracking pipeline via CRM/PRM, and meeting sales targets.
