Manage multiple permitting projects in Illinois, advise clients on approvals, build municipal relationships, navigate building codes and zoning, resolve permitting obstacles, and collaborate with product and engineering to improve processes and platform delivery.

Own 1-2 large enterprise accounts as the main customer contact. Maintain portfolio visibility, coordinate programs with internal teams, run regular account reviews, onboard stakeholders, drive renewals and QBRs, and translate customer needs into product and operational improvements.
