Lead complex, enterprise-scale HR projects and programs from planning through implementation, stabilization, and benefits realization. Manage multiple workstreams, governance, risks, dependencies, budgets, resources, vendors, and executive communications. Partner with HR, technology, operations, and business leaders to deliver HR technology implementations, operating model changes, organizational effectiveness initiatives, process improvements, digital transformation, and AI-enabled solutions. Drive organizational readiness, stakeholder adoption, change management, and continuous improvement of PMO practices.

Provides legal and regulatory support for an asset management business, advising on SEC, CFTC, FINRA, derivatives, trading, advisory, and cross-border requirements. Drafts and negotiates trading and advisory agreements, supports fund launches and product development, maintains legal templates, and partners with trading, compliance, risk, operations, product, clients, regulators, and outside counsel.

Leads strategic HR initiatives and system implementations from planning through post-implementation support. Coordinates cross-functional workstreams, manages project plans, dependencies, risks, financials, communications, and stakeholder accountability. Partners with HR leaders, technology teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver process improvements, organizational changes, employee experience programs, and HR technology projects. Leads research, selection, due diligence, monitoring, and recommendations for liquid alternative investment managers across mutual funds, SMAs, and ETFs. Evaluates investment processes, performance, risk, portfolio construction, and operations; maintains manager coverage; prepares research reports and scorecards; presents recommendations to committees and senior stakeholders; engages external asset managers; and supports advisor education, product development, and marketing initiatives.

Supports clients and Financial Advisors by handling service calls, identifying sales opportunities, setting up accounts, processing paperwork, scheduling meetings, resolving issues, and supporting financial planning activities. The role includes client interactions, compliance documentation, coordination with product specialists, and ongoing professional development. Successful associates may advance into Financial Advisor roles.
