The Partner Solutions Architect will manage technical relationships with partners, design solutions, assist in deployments, and gather feedback to influence product roadmap.

Manage end-to-end local IT hardware purchases across Europe and the USA, maintain and grow supplier relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams (IT/engineering, finance, logistics), and create dashboards and reports to ensure timely delivery and task completion.

As a Customer Engineer, you'll be a technical advisor for Nebius GPU Cloud services, assisting clients in deploying AI solutions, optimizing GPU performance, and collaborating with sales and product teams to enhance customer satisfaction.

Design, build, and maintain automation workflows and integrations across Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and other SaaS platforms using PowerShell, Python, Azure services, and APIs. Automate user management, notifications, data sync, and access workflows while implementing secure logging, monitoring, error handling, and documentation. Collaborate with IT, Security, and business teams to optimize processes and reduce manual work.

Design, deploy, and operate secure, scalable Azure environments. Build and maintain infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, and networking/access controls. Ensure platform reliability, monitoring, governance, cost optimization, and disaster recovery while collaborating with engineering teams and maintaining documentation and standards.

Lead multidisciplinary technical due diligence for powered land and build-to-suit AI infrastructure across the Americas. Define and manage scopes, procure and oversee consultants, interpret technical studies (geotechnical, environmental, utilities, network), quantify risks, recommend mitigations, and present findings to support acquisition and development decisions. Build repeatable standards, playbooks, and consultant networks.

Own named enterprise accounts in priority verticals to sell Nebius GPU-native cloud infrastructure. Drive complex, multi-stakeholder deals, co-sell with NVIDIA/OEMs/SIs, navigate regulated buying cycles, build executive relationships, manage pipeline to quota, and expand multi-year AI training and inference deployments.

Lead regional developer community growth for North America: plan and run meetups, workshops, hackathons; recruit and support ambassadors and fellows; engage online communities; build repeatable programs and bring developer feedback to product and GTM teams.
