Develop and scale Nebius' ISV and AI partner ecosystem, focusing on strategic partnerships that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. Responsible for creating frameworks for joint planning and execution, ensuring partner engagement and demand generation while representing Nebius across industry events.

Serves as the primary technical partner for customers deploying and operating GPU clusters and AI infrastructure. Responsibilities include configuring and tuning GPU environments, troubleshooting hardware, networking, operating system, and cluster issues, coordinating with internal engineering teams, translating requirements into architectures and execution plans, documenting solutions, and identifying performance and reliability improvements.

Lead mechanical engineering evaluations for data center opportunities, assessing HVAC, cooling, chiller, CRAH/CRAC, liquid cooling, and critical equipment systems. Conduct facility due diligence, validate capacity and design assumptions, evaluate vendors and deployment risks, and provide feasibility and Go/No-Go recommendations. Support mechanical design strategies, equipment selection, commissioning, and construction readiness while partnering with engineering teams, consultants, and vendors to establish scalable standards for hyperscale and AI infrastructure.

Build and operate services and tooling to automate network lifecycle, ensure safe network changes, develop scalable observability and telemetry, integrate network source-of-truth via APIs, and collaborate with network engineers and SREs to deliver production-grade automation and reliability.

Build and operate Nebius's network infrastructure: define SLIs/SLOs, improve site and inter-site reliability, lead incident response and postmortems, develop observability and alerting, automate change workflows, and collaborate with network and platform teams to embed operability.

Lead SPV financial reporting, consolidation, technical accounting analysis, SEC filings, audit coordination, SOX compliance, and internal controls in a public-company environment. Prepare accounting memos, manage reporting tools, evaluate complex transactions including M&A and financing arrangements, and collaborate with Legal, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and Operations. Drive scalable reporting processes and support capital markets, global expansion, and other strategic projects.

Own day-to-day administration of global equity programs (RSUs, options, performance awards), manage grants/vesting/exercises/settlements, maintain reconciled data across equity platform, HRIS, payroll and finance, partner with Payroll/Tax/Legal/Finance, prepare reporting and support audits/controls, manage employee inquiries and education, and support automation, system testing and new-country launches.

Serve as the senior rewards business partner for GTM, delivering global compensation, incentive, and equity programs into the go-to-market organization. Advise leaders, translate enterprise frameworks into GTM plans, lead merit/bonus/equity cycles, monitor market and internal data, recommend changes, and ensure governance, fairness, and budget alignment. Drive sales incentive delivery, enable managers, and mentor other rewards professionals.
