Serve as primary contact for Territory Managers and customers, handling order entry, issue resolution, and opportunistic selling. Use US Foods systems and CRM tools to ensure order accuracy, escalate as needed, and provide administrative support for credits, special orders, and routing. Provide backup and weekend coverage, attend trainings, and support sales performance through customer outreach and promotions.
