Provides high-level administrative and operational support to four Vice Presidents in R&D Oncology. Responsibilities include complex calendar and travel management, expense reconciliation, communications coordination, meeting and event logistics, deadline tracking, purchase orders, invoices, onboarding, organizational records, and coordination with Facilities, IT, and HR. The role also supports the CMO Executive Assistant and requires confidentiality, strong organization, cross-time-zone collaboration, and periodic onsite attendance near Marlborough, Massachusetts.

Designs, delivers, and evaluates sales training programs for pharmaceutical field teams, including new-hire onboarding, product and disease-state education, selling skills, market access, and national sales meetings. Partners with Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Compliance, and Commercial Excellence stakeholders to align training with business priorities. Manages learning projects, facilitates live and virtual sessions, supports field capability development, and uses learner and stakeholder feedback to improve programs.
