Supervise daily cross-dock warehouse operations including receiving, packaging, shipping, inventory control, KPI attainment, staffing (20-25 associates), training, WMS/TruckMate/PeopleNet updates, and safety and process improvements.

Coordinate delivery of customer products by tracking drivers and loads in TruckMate/PeopleNet, maintaining documentation, communicating with management, drivers and customers, entering data accurately, and performing clerical transportation tasks.
