Develop and manage demand forecasts, inventory plans, and promotional planning across Godiva’s eCommerce channels. Analyze sales trends, forecast variances, inventory health, product shelf life, and demand drivers. Collaborate with channel, marketing, merchandising, supply planning, and operations teams to support product availability, optimize inventory, launch products, and mitigate excess or obsolete stock. Create actionable reporting and contribute to continuous planning process improvements.

Own process engineering for chocolate and confectionery innovation projects from technical brief through factory implementation. Translate recipes into process flows, equipment requirements, operating parameters, trial plans, and scale-up strategies. Lead factory trials, validation, commissioning, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, process optimization, commercialization, shelf-life support, and technical documentation while collaborating with R&D, Culinary, Quality, Operations, Engineering, suppliers, and co-manufacturers.
