Perform software development and V&V for Merge products, design and implement modules, build CI/CD pipelines, develop deployments for Linux and Kubernetes (cloud and on-prem), troubleshoot defects, produce engineering documentation, and mentor teammates while interfacing with customers and cross-functional staff.

Drive interest in Truvens healthcare data and analytics by following up inbound leads and conducting strategic outbound outreach. Qualify prospects via discovery calls, document activity in Salesforce and Gong, and meet monthly/quarterly lead and opportunity targets while collaborating with sales team to hand off qualified opportunities.

Build and deepen relationships with benefits consultants and brokers to drive consultant-led growth. Execute consultant relations strategy, educate the market on Truven offerings, develop consultant-facing content, gather feedback to inform product and messaging, partner cross-functionally on deals, track engagement and revenue impact, and represent Truven in industry forums.

As a Senior Curam Technical Consultant, you will deliver project implementations, create technical designs, resolve issues, and establish client partnerships. You will also develop and maintain Curam extensions and configurations within a JEE environment, ensuring successful delivery of social service solutions.

Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing employer opportunities. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and close, build C-level relationships, develop go-to-market strategies, collaborate cross-functionally for proposals and handoffs, and consistently meet new business quotas while maintaining accurate forecasts and pipeline.

Lead strategy and execution for partnerships to accelerate product innovation, revenue, and market reach. Build and scale partner portfolio, negotiate complex deals, operationalize integrations, drive partner-sourced revenue, influence product roadmap, and represent Micromedex externally.

Lead a team of software engineers in developing FDA-regulated medical device software. Manage Agile delivery, technical leadership, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards. Recruit and mentor engineers while promoting Generative AI in development workflows.

Deliver and support Curam implementations: lead technical workshops, produce functional/technical designs and prototypes, develop and unit test Curam extensions in a J2EE environment, configure application servers and integrations, use Eclipse, and support system operations and troubleshooting.
