Leads global program messaging and content strategy for IJM’s violence-protection work. Develops audience positioning, message architecture, key messages, reusable content systems, and marketing communications for mass audiences, donors, partners, media, and leaders. Translates complex evidence and program models into accessible, accurate, culturally sensitive, survivor-centered communications. Coordinates cross-functional adoption of messaging and provides strategic and editorial counsel on brand alignment and ethical storytelling.

Operate and improve IJM's Microsoft Azure environment: ensure availability, performance, security, monitoring, incident response, cost optimization, IaC deployments (Bicep/ARM/Terraform), automation with PowerShell/Azure CLI, governance (Azure Policy/RBAC), and collaborate across teams to maintain standardized, secure, and observable cloud platforms.

Manages artist, music, tour, event, and entertainment brand partnerships for IJM. Responsibilities include developing marketing materials, tracking KPIs and budgets, researching partnership opportunities, coordinating production resources, leading project execution for 5–10 annual tours and events, managing on-site teams and volunteers, and building partner experiences. The role requires project management, fundraising, CRM expertise, marketing knowledge, communication skills, and up to 10% travel.

Designs and governs the global Salesforce platform and related enterprise applications. Leads solution architecture, integrations, APIs, security, data architecture, modernization, and scalability initiatives. Collaborates with product owners, enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, infrastructure, analytics, vendors, and development teams. Provides technical leadership, mentorship, troubleshooting, quality assurance, documentation, and support across the software development lifecycle.
