Lead and grow Demand Gen and Field Marketing teams, partner closely with Sales and SDRs, evolve technical messaging for enterprise buyers, and develop repeatable enterprise positioning and campaign playbooks. The role requires zero-to-one enterprise marketing leadership, revenue accountability, technical buyer fluency, PLG/community experience, and AI marketing expertise.

Provide technical support via tickets, chat, and forums; diagnose workflow, integration, and performance issues; escalate to engineering; create documentation and knowledge base; improve product reliability and contribute to the community.
