The VP of Sales - Enterprise is responsible for leading enterprise sales initiatives targeting large employers, managing complex sales cycles, and developing executive-level relationships to drive growth and market presence for Function.

The Account Executive will acquire new employer customers, drive Function Health adoption, and ensure successful activation of health benefits for mid-sized companies. Responsibilities include full sales cycle management, consultative presentations, and collaborating with various teams for successful client onboarding.

Lead and grow an engineering team, set technical vision, drive delivery of scalable secure systems, partner with product/design, establish engineering practices (Agile, CI/CD, TDD), mentor engineers, and promote innovation to advance Function's healthcare platform.

Lead and scale a product-focused Data Science team to drive acquisition, engagement, retention, and member health outcomes. Set DS strategy, measurement frameworks, operating model, and prioritize high-impact analytics. Partner cross-functionally, ensure rigorous, actionable analyses, apply experimentation, causal inference, segmentation, forecasting and personalization, and collaborate with data engineering to improve data foundations.
