Lead and develop Campaign Managers, oversee client strategy and executive relationships, manage budgets and resourcing, set influencer casting and production standards, and resolve escalations. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Product, and Strategy while using analytics and AI to improve campaign operations and client outcomes.

Own enterprise influencer marketing accounts from strategy execution through reporting. Manage client relationships, scope, budgets, performance, creator casting, outreach, contracting, content quality, payments, and analytics. Optimize campaigns against CPV and CPM targets, negotiate creator rates and usage rights, and lead junior campaign managers. Collaborate with strategy and client solutions teams while using influencer platforms, AI tools, and TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube analytics.

Manages end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns for assigned enterprise clients, including creator discovery, casting, outreach, negotiation, contracting, content review, payments, reporting, and performance optimization. Maintains client communication, manages budgets against CPV or CPM targets, uses AI and campaign platforms, and coordinates with strategy, client solutions, and creators. The role is fully remote, freelance for up to three months with possible extension, and requires availability from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern Time.
