Create clear, trustworthy content and messaging across Ethos’s consumer life insurance purchase journey. Responsibilities include writing product copy, shaping narratives, developing content standards, partnering with Product, Design, Research, and Analytics, using AI tools, conducting customer research, and testing content through analytics, A/B testing, and usability research. The role is hands-on and contributes to content design practices, regulatory clarity, and measurable business outcomes.

Leads insurance customer operations across policy servicing, process optimization, audit readiness, technical issue triage, and regulatory compliance. Partners with Product, Engineering, Compliance, CX, and carrier teams to improve workflows, resolve incidents, support product launches, and maintain operational controls.
