Manage multiple low-complexity client projects for Benefitsolver, coordinating cross-functional teams, timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Conduct discovery, create project plans and artifacts (AdaptiveWork, OneNote), facilitate meetings, escalate risks, and build client relationships while following SOPs and improving processes to enhance consumer experience.

Drive new business for Businessolver's national market by prospecting, qualifying, demoing, and closing opportunities. Manage opportunities end-to-end (proposals, pricing, contract/SOW negotiation), nurture leads in Salesforce, collaborate with broker partners and operations, and support implementation and cross-sell efforts.

Support HR and business leaders by researching, analyzing, and administering compensation programs. Conduct market and pay equity analyses, build compensation models, benchmark surveys, and present data-driven recommendations for salary structures, promotions, market adjustments, and variable pay programs.

Drive full sales cycle for Businessolver's SaaS benefits platform: prospect and cold-call enterprise employers, demo product, engage brokers and partners, build pipeline, close deals, coordinate with implementation, track activity, and attend marketing events and trade shows (travel up to 25%).

Lead end-to-end payroll data integrations during client onboarding: gather requirements, configure and test inbound/outbound payroll files, create technical specifications and mappings, collaborate with clients, payroll vendors, and internal teams, perform data validation and audits, and transition clients to ongoing operations.
