Provide expert-level technical support for VALD's suite of human-measurement products. Diagnose and resolve customer issues via phone and email, liaise with global teams, work with engineering to improve support processes, and deliver timely, high-quality customer service. Full product training provided.

Coordinate and execute conferences, workshops, VALD-owned events and regional marketing initiatives. Manage logistics (travel, registrations, booths, vendors), budgets, timelines, and stakeholder communications. Support digital marketing campaigns, content distribution, regional teams, on-site event delivery, and post-event analysis to drive awareness, engagement and lead generation.
