Make 70–80 outbound cold calls daily to sell digital marketing and SaaS to small business owners. Set appointments, build pipeline, handle objections, and run full sales cycles by month two. Participate in daily huddles, call reviews, and coaching. On-site in Charlotte, Monday–Friday with weekly pay, $45K base plus uncapped commission and promotion path.

Manage a portfolio of 175–200 small business clients as their main contact, provide phone-based support (up to 30 outbound calls/day), monitor engagement, conduct monthly check-ins, identify upsell opportunities, collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, and drive client retention through tailored strategies and industry insights.
