Leads regional residential property operations by managing Regional Managers, driving financial and operational performance, strengthening client relationships, developing talent, and ensuring consistent service standards across multifamily and student housing portfolios. Oversees budgets, capital projects, process improvements, business reviews, client engagements, and regional problem-solving. Represents the company with clients and industry associations while supporting growth opportunities and enhancing resident and client experiences. Requires travel of approximately 25–50% annually.

Manage employee leave and accommodation cases, including FMLA, ADA accommodations, workers’ compensation, and return-to-work processes. Advise employees and managers, maintain confidential records, update policies and forms, support employee relations, and assist with HR projects, audits, and compliance initiatives.
