The Senior Specialist, Employee Connection & Listening at Scout Motors will design and execute programs to enhance employee engagement, listening, and recognition, fostering connection and community within the workforce.

Lead vehicle-level testing and validation to maximize EV and hybrid range, fuel economy, and road load performance. Develop test plans, instrumentation, and data processes; create efficiency roadmaps and label strategies; perform benchmarking and competitor testing; provide validated assumptions to CAE teams; represent the Range & Energy Consumption attribute across cross-functional program teams to meet targets and integrate energy-saving technologies.

Lead end-to-end development of vehicle climate system features and architecture for an SDV platform. Define and manage system/software/hardware requirements, integrate EE and software, drive validation, DFMEA, DV/PV, calibration releases, and cross-functional alignment from concept through launch. Serve as subject matter expert, run agile ceremonies, and develop design standards, test procedures, and best practices.

Lead design, validation, and optimization of engine cooling and charge-air cooling systems for range-extender and hybrid powertrains. Own thermal management under high loads, guide CFD and 1D modeling, develop and execute component/dyno/vehicle test plans, analyze data, resolve overheating and durability issues, and lead a team of thermal engineers while coordinating across powertrain, aero, controls, and integration teams.

Lead energy consumption modeling and simulation for EV and range‑extended powertrains using MATLAB/Simulink. Set and validate range/efficiency targets, identify energy losses, correlate models with test data, develop models and automation scripts, collaborate with aerodynamics/thermal/powertrain teams, and produce technical reports and recommendations.

The role involves end-to-end NVH simulation development, focusing on vibration and noise performance in vehicle components, leading analysis and ensuring design integration with NVH solutions.

Lead the design and evolution of the enterprise data ecosystem: define data architecture and roadmap, establish governance and MDM, design data models and integration patterns, architect cloud-first data platforms and pipelines, enable self-service analytics and AI/ML, and provide technical leadership and mentorship to data teams.

Lead vehicle safety strategy and signoff planning for body, structure, and occupant protection. Maintain safety targets (USNCAP, IIHS), perform competitive benchmarking, define crash families and test plans, track test issues to closure, and align cross-functional teams to manage risks and prototype planning.

Serve as procurement IT SME to implement, maintain, and optimize ERP and eProcurement systems. Lead rollouts, provide user support and training, ensure data integrity, generate reports, and drive process improvements while liaising between Procurement, IT, and vendors.
