Provide legal advice and counsel on commercial matters with emphasis on procurement, supplier and manufacturing agreements. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts; develop templates and contracting processes; partner with Supply Chain, Purchasing, Engineering, Finance, and outside counsel; support company growth and internal training. Role requires onsite collaboration and occasional travel.

Develop and validate high-fidelity rigid and flexible multibody dynamics (MBD) models, run full-vehicle virtual proving ground simulations, generate and cascade loads for durability analysis, perform fatigue and FEA-based damage prediction, optimize chassis and suspension kinematics, establish co-simulation workflows, correlate simulations with test data, and lead cross-functional technical reporting and automation efforts.

Lead commercial and brand finance strategy and operations, owning FP&A, consolidated P&L, governance, month-end close, forecasting, and financial controls. Partner with commercial leaders, define systems and data requirements, scale the commercial finance organization, hire leadership, and develop a high-performing team to enable disciplined decision-making across vehicle sales, aftersales, retail, and brand.

Build Scout Motors' first enterprise probabilistic demand forecast from reservations and limited signals, solve cold-start forecasting, own demand data and pipelines end-to-end, productionize models with engineering into the IBP product, set up monitoring and measurement, and translate results for cross-functional stakeholders.

Lead the design and development of scalable AI platforms, collaborate with teams to deliver AI solutions, and mentor AI engineers. Focus on machine learning, generative AI, data architectures, and ensuring compliance with security and governance standards.

Manage communications intake, editorial and publishing calendars, project tracking, workflows, and collaboration tools. Administer CMS and intranet platforms, coordinate cross-functional reviews, manage vendor and budget tasks, track metrics and reporting, create templates and documentation, and provide logistical support for events. Serve as primary operations contact and drive process improvements to increase speed, quality, and consistency.

Own and maintain Design Verification Plans (DVPs), track and align validation activities across component, subsystem, and full-vehicle levels, perform gap analyses, manage cross-functional coordination, report validation status and risks, and improve DVP and validation processes to support prototype and pre-series readiness.

Lead and grow Data and AI Engineering teams to design, build, and operate scalable data platforms and Generative AI solutions. Architect Databricks-based pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, RAG and LLM integrations, ensure governance, security, reliability, and collaborate with enterprise architects to align standards and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Lead Aftersales cost planning, monitoring, variance analysis, and governance. Drive budgeting, rolling forecasts, reporting, dashboards, and cost-savings initiatives while partnering with Finance and operational teams to ensure accuracy, audit readiness, and data-driven decision-making.

Support development and execution of public affairs strategies, media relations, stakeholder and government engagement, policy monitoring, executive communications, and community outreach. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent messaging, support direct-to-consumer retail policy efforts, and represent Scout Motors in North and South Carolina. Occasional national travel and in-office presence required.
