Build champion network, codify patterns and playbooks, ensure governance and compliance, and measure adoption and time-saved to scale impactful workflows.

Lead Arcadia's payments strategy and roadmap to optimize payment economics, manage regulatory risk, and oversee fintech vendor partnerships. Own metrics and product initiatives for acceptance cost reduction, payment reconciliation, and customer funding. Collaborate with Legal/Compliance and engineering, scout payment innovations, and drive multi-quarter platform investments to modernize payments.
