The Associate Director will lead thought leader engagement and marketing initiatives within the Multiple Myeloma/CAR-T space. Responsibilities include relationship building, planning engagements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Lead and develop the Data Analytics function, oversee biostatistics and programming activities, and ensure quality in clinical study data analysis for CAR-T therapy.
