Leads Middle & Large Business modernization across underwriting, product, operations, technology, and data. Owns a portfolio of initiatives from business case through benefit realization, develops modernization roadmaps, simplifies processes, enables automation and AI use cases, and drives measurable improvements in productivity, cycle time, adoption, and customer experience. The AVP advises senior executives, manages cross-functional dependencies and investments, and leads product owners and product managers through organizational change and capability delivery.
