Determine coverage and reserves, negotiate settlements, manage medical/disability and litigation strategies, coordinate with nurses and vendors, ensure timely payments/denials, and maintain compliance with jurisdictional statutes and client service expectations.

Manage onboarding, appointment, and termination of insurance producers to ensure regulatory and internal compliance. Process state filings, collect documentation, maintain producer records and databases, generate reports, coordinate with internal teams, finance, legal, and external partners, monitor regulatory changes, and improve onboarding and appointment processes.
