Lead end-to-end delivery of a retail systems modernization MVP focused on customer workflows (Search, Quoting, Inventory, Payment). Manage discovery, scope, API-based integrations, UX alignment, device readiness, stakeholder communication, risk/scope, and rapid pilot rollout readiness.

Design, implement, and test Java-based backend features and RESTful APIs using Spring Boot. Integrate with Vue.js front-end, write JUnit/Mockito tests, manage CI/CD pipelines, deploy containerized apps to AWS EKS, and build serverless functions with AWS Lambda.

Manage digital asset lifecycle (issuance, settlement, custody), integrate blockchain components with front-end/back-end using Web3 libraries, perform security audits, and optimize performance and scalability.

Benchmark and optimize latency and throughput for an agentic AI platform. Stress-test multi-agent concurrency, RAG/vector DB retrieval, token throughput, orchestration hand-offs, and integrate automated performance regression tests into CI/CD while balancing cost versus performance.
