Serves as a trusted advisor, leads business reviews, supports retention and account growth, coordinates cross-functional teams, resolves client issues, and guides implementation, enrollment, and benefits administration. Requires expertise in employee benefits, insurance, consultative relationship management, executive communication, stakeholder influence, and strategic business solutions. Travel is required 50% to 60% of the time.
