Administer and optimize the Firm’s Workday platform and related HR systems. Maintain workforce data integrity, security, reporting, dashboards, integrations, and business processes. Analyze workforce trends and deliver actionable insights while supporting audits, testing, upgrades, implementations, governance, and process improvements. Partner with HR, IT, Finance, Payroll, vendors, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective HRIS solutions, troubleshoot issues, provide training, and manage related projects and workstreams.

Manages client account portfolios, monitors invoice and e-billing status, resolves disputes and payment discrepancies, and supports timely collections.
