Own and drive architecture for a major clearing-house domain: backend systems in Go on GCP, data pipelines that ingest and deduplicate unstructured vulnerability reports, customer onboarding and entitlement workflows, enforce observability and production readiness, set engineering standards, and collaborate on interfaces and roadmap planning.

Serve as primary legal partner to Go-To-Market: draft, review, and negotiate SaaS, enterprise, professional services, partner, and NDAs; maintain standard form agreements and online terms; advise on open source licensing and regulatory requirements; negotiate with sophisticated, highly regulated customers; partner cross-functionally to enable revenue while managing legal risk.
