Develops and executes Treasury Management sales strategies for existing, new, and prospective commercial clients. Drives revenue and sales goals through networking, client needs analysis, product proposals, working capital analysis, and partnership with Relationship Managers. Provides treasury product demonstrations and training, supports onboarding, manages analyst workloads, tracks implementation timelines, and prepares reports for management. Requires strong knowledge of treasury products, pricing, payment and receivable processes, and cash flow analysis.

Conducts confidential sanctions and financial-crime investigations, reviews potential OFAC matches, researches transactions, applies sanctions regulations, supports screening-system testing, and assists with audits, examinations, and regulatory information requests.

Owns strategy, pricing, profitability, lifecycle management, and governance for treasury management products. Leads pricing optimization, ECR strategy, account analysis, product development, analytics, regulatory alignment, and client experience initiatives. Partners with Finance, Technology, Operations, Sales, Risk, Compliance, and vendors to deliver scalable solutions, manage product performance, support pricing negotiations, and develop executive reporting and business cases.
