Analyze large loan-level datasets to monitor credit portfolios, identify trends and emerging risks, and produce dashboards and recurring reports. Build, test, deploy, and support a scalable DevOps platform and shared toolchain. Leads equity portfolio management and investment strategy across global capital markets, including asset allocation, quantitative portfolio construction, risk modeling, optimization, and liquid alternatives. Analyzes client portfolios, implements investment decisions, conducts regulatory reviews, prepares market commentary, advises relationship teams and clients, presents to boards and high-net-worth stakeholders, and supervises equity portfolio management staff.

Ensures compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley and related financial reporting regulations. Maintains internal control documentation, performs SOX scoping and testing coordination, supports process walkthroughs, collaborates with internal and external auditors, addresses control deficiencies, assists with remediation and governance processes, assesses business-process changes, identifies risks, and trains control owners.

Manage end-to-end corporate and retail real estate transactions, including site selection, leases, acquisitions, dispositions, renewals, and relocations. Coordinate brokers, vendors, legal, finance, facilities, and leadership. Perform market research, lease and financial analysis, portfolio optimization, governance, reporting, and transaction pipeline planning while supporting transitions to occupancy.

Designs, consults on, and delivers talent development and learning solutions for business units, including training plans, workshops, virtual instruction, job aids, and online modules. Partners with leaders and Talent teams to align learning with strategy and culture, manage role readiness, engage learners through the LMS, and evaluate program effectiveness using the Kirkpatrick Model and business-impact measures.
