Leads technical pre-sales engagements for an insider risk and security platform. Responsibilities include solution design, product demonstrations, threat analysis, customer assessments, proof-of-value ownership, technical reporting, and executive communication. The role also develops enablement materials, researches emerging threats and AI-related risks, tests attack scenarios, maintains a security lab, and provides product feedback while supporting sales and customer success across the Northeast region.

Owns post-sale outcomes for enterprise customers, including onboarding, adoption, customer health, renewals, escalations, QBRs, and expansion opportunities. Builds relationships across security, IT, legal, HR, procurement, and executive teams. Guides customers on insider risk, data protection, and security initiatives while coordinating cross-functional delivery, maintaining account health records, and ensuring evidence-based renewal readiness.
