Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, fulfillment, shipping, inventory control, staffing, budgets, P&L reporting, KPIs, compliance, and continuous improvement. Lead warehouse teams, coordinate with logistics, procurement, customers, and corporate departments, resolve escalations, maintain service levels, and use WMS and reporting tools to support operational decisions.
