Provide legal guidance on federal and state mortgage lending regulations, support regulatory exams and remediation, draft policies, advise on technology use in originations, resolve post-close and loan salability issues, and prepare legal research and recommendations for senior leadership.

Design and execute scripted and exploratory tests, document findings and evidence, log issues, collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Technology, and Operations to resolve defects, and retest after fixes to ensure audit-ready testing and compliance.
